AmCham says they want to learn from the best. That’s why every year they look for the best business practices in Slovenia that promote innovation, motivation and collaboration for growth and progress and highlight them as part of the Best of the Best program. This year, 24 applications were received, from which the AmCham commission selected nine finalists, three in each of the three categories.
This year we also submitted a few HR projects, and the project “Best employee in production in Kranj” is among the selected finalists. The “Best employee in production in Kranj” project is an initiative aimed at recognizing and rewarding employees who excel in their work, commitment and positive attitude. We believe that motivation is the key to the success of both the individual and the company as a whole. We are therefore proud to be able to contribute to a more motivated and satisfied workforce with this project. It is also great to see that a few of our employees have already used their award to enjoy a wellness break.
Being a finalist in Best of the Best is a confirmation for us that we are on the right track. It motivates us even more to continue to improve and innovate in the area of employee motivation. We are grateful to AmCham for this recognition and look forward to presenting the “Best Employee” project to a wider audience. We are convinced that our experience can be an inspiration for other companies striving to create a better working environment for their employees.
