What will your tasks be?
- Providing independent legal advice and drafting of legal opinions for the company’s operational needs.
- Drafting and reviewing various types of contracts, legal acts and other documentation.
- Participating in the review of documentation in public procurement procedures and providing legal risk assessments in the project.
- Legal support to the company during the duration of contractual agreements with an international element, including support to other departments during the implementation phase of projects.
- Ensuring effective mitigation and management of legal risks in contractual agreements.
- General support to the Head of Legal.
- Ensuring that the business complies with the regulations and legislation applicable in the local and international market.
- Monitoring of legislation in the business sector.
What makes you a great fit is:
- Finished Faculty of Law (level VII).
- At least 1 year of experience at similar job position.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Judiciary bar exam (preferred).
- Negotiation skills, proactivity, and reliability.
