You will have the opportunity for:
- Lead, plan, organise, coordinate and improve the work of the department.
- Participate in the design of system solutions and the implementation of functional prototypes.
- Participate in the upgrade and maintenance of solution architecture and development technologies.
- Collaborate with the leaders of other areas in unifying the solutions, approaches, and use of materials.
- Introduce new assemblies or procedures into the department’s development activities.
- Stay current with the new developments in the market and on the side of competitors and propose the introduction of new developments into own production.
- Ensure professional, high-quality, efficient and time-compliant work of the department.
- In special cases: manages tasks to address Q-cases and change requests.
You will enrich our team with:
- A completed degree in natural sciences (at least level VII).
- At least 5 years’ experience at a similar workplace.
- Knowledge of Microsoft development environment (Visual Studio).
- Knowledge of C# programming language and experience in developing solutions with Windows .NET framework.
- Active English language skills (written and spoken).
- Proactivity, ability to manage change and excellent communication skills.
