Customer Services System Engineer (m/f)

Your challenges at Iskraemeco will be:

Providing and executing technical and substantive support for the company’s products and software.
Supporting business partners (mobile operators) in finding solutions.
Performing services from the portfolio, primarily support services – solving technical problems on projects related to the applied communication technologies.
Collaborating in defining technical requirements for communication solutions.
Coordinating and collaborating with other departments within the company (mainly product management, development, and validation).
Preparing various types of reports (internal and for customers).
Ensuring appropriate documentation for knowledge transfer.
Occasional field visits (analysis and troubleshooting at customers).

You will easily fit into the team if you have:

Completed higher education degree in a natural sciences field (VI/2).
At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
Active knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of communication technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, also NB-IoT, LTE-M, 5G).
Knowledge of other radio and wired communications (ISM radio communications, Ethernet, PLC…).
Basic knowledge of working with SIM platforms (diagnostics, input of new SIM cards, changing SIM profiles) and communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP…).
Proactivity in finding solutions and the ability to work independently.
Project management skills are an advantage.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
