What would be your new responsibilities?
- Analyses the company’s business operations (Sales, Purchasing, Production, R&D, etc.)
- Analyses costs.
- Participates in the pricing operations.
- Prepares proposals to improve the reports and analyses.
- Analyses data and assists in the preparation of periodical operations reports.
- Prepares different reports and takes an analytical approach to their explanation.
- Assists in the preparation of plans (annual, strategic, etc.)
- Analyses the process, prepares the KPIs, measures the deviations and consults towards the process owner about the process improvements.
- Carries out other tasks relating to the area of responsibility, following instructions by the superior.
Skills and competencies you bring to the team:
- A degree (level VI.) in Economics, Business field, or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field of work.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and recent developments in the field of finance and accounting.
- Excellent communication skills in Slovene and English (written and spoken).
- Great analytical and organizational skills.
- Team collaboration.
- Great attention to detail.
