Your role and contributions at Iskraemeco:

  • Selling innovative products and services offered by the company, such as smart meters, EV chargers, software solutions, and services.
  • Searching for and acquiring new customers while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.
  • Effectively promoting our company and products.
  • Ensuring regular correspondence with the customers for whom he is responsible.
  • Coordinating and overseeing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
  • Analyzing market conditions, identifying trends, and quickly responding to changes.
  • Handling customer complaints and providing feedback.
  • Preparing sales documentation, including market analyses, plans, forecasts, and offers.
  • Participating in the organization and preparation for fairs and exhibitions.
  • Supervising the performance of tasks and the progress of sales and market research in the region, identifying obstacles, changes in the market and coordinating activities in addressing these issues.

Your strengths and competencies are:

  • A university degree in the natural or social sciences (VI/2).
  • At least 3 years experience in sales of electrical or technological equipment and services.
  • Active knowledge of English (spoken and written), and knowledge of any South Slavic languages is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer focus and active, field-sales approach orientation.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
  • Independence, initiative, reliability and team-orientation.
