What will your new responsibilities be?

  • Preparing bids, tenders, and taking care of executing orders and payments.
  • Confirming delivery dates with the customer.
  • Providing support to sales in all activities relating to customers (customer visits to the company, agreements, contracts, marketing activities, partner network update).
  • Proactively communicating offers and bids with customers, the sales team, and the internal sales team.
  • Coordinating and managing customers’ orders from placement to delivery in accordance with the customer’s expectations and agreements, as well as internal processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring timely confirmation and processing of the orders; alerting to any missing data, documents, and errors; and making sure the ordering process is executed in full.
  • Entering orders, documents, and maintaining databases (CRM, ERP, Excel, etc.).
  • Administering and managing sales forecasts, alerting to changes and any disparities within the sales team, and ensuring final harmonization of sales forecasts.
  • Managing and keeping internal records, forwarding existing reports and statistics to Sales, customers, or related companies.
  • Resolving and offering support in resolving partner and customer claims (support level 1).
  • Acquiring and approving parity terms and communicating these to Logistics.
  • Acquiring bank guarantees and insurance costs.

You will be successful in the position if you demonstrate:

  • Completed VI. level of education in social sciences or natural sciences.
  • At least one year of work experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of basic sales techniques and domestic and foreign trade is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
