- Delivering technical and content support for the company’s portfolio of products and software.
- Supporting business partners in finding solutions.
- Coordinating and collaborating with other levels of support within the company.
- Providing and delivering services from the Service Catalogue.
- Preparing proposals to increase process efficiency.
- Preparing various types of reports (internal and for customers).
- Managing, resolving and preventing escalation of incidents, issues, technical problems, and change requests.
- Maintaining updates on the knowledge database.
You will be a natural fit for our teams if you have:
- Completed a university degree in natural science (level VI/2).
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Active English language skills.
- The advantage of understanding communication technologies.
- The advantage of having expertise in project management.
- The means to be proactive in finding solutions and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
