The project’s closing conference brought together company representatives, experts and partners who had worked together to develop solutions for improving work-life balance, promoting diversity and ensuring equal opportunities in the workplace. We were particularly pleased that our Head of HR, Nataša Bukanovsky Kosi, was among the speakers at the closing panel discussion, “From policy to practice – what has actually changed in companies?”
“At Iskraemeco, we had already introduced numerous initiatives to support our employees before joining CAREvolution. The project helped us build on these efforts, assess our practices systematically and identify further ways to improve work-life balance.”

The discussion also addressed the development of a diversity policy within the project. Iskraemeco’s assessment identified many good practices, as well as areas for further improvement. We will continue to build on these findings to strengthen a culture of inclusion, mutual respect and equal opportunities for all employees.
Part of the discussion focused on pay transparency, an increasingly relevant topic across Europe. The activities and calculations presented gave companies a clearer understanding of their pay structures and helped identify opportunities to further support fair and transparent pay systems.
The certificate is an important recognition of our efforts to date and an incentive to continue this work. We believe that an inclusive working environment, employee wellbeing and respect for diversity are essential to the company’s success and sustainable development.
Thank you to all our colleagues whose contributions, ideas and commitment help create a culture we can be proud of.
