The program officially kicked off on Sunday, 8 August, with a session held at the factory, bringing together different perspectives and encouraging participants to look beyond existing approaches, explore emerging opportunities, and consider how new ideas could address real challenges and create future value for the business.
The Innovation workshop – From ideas to possibilities
The journey began with an Innovation workshop focused on ideation and brainstorming, where participants were encouraged to explore challenges, opportunities, and new possibilities.
During the innovation workshop, participants engaged in a variety of team-based activities designed to strengthen innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
One challenge required teams to create geometric shapes from paper in the shortest possible time, with the fastest team winning the activity, while additional recognition was given to the team that demonstrated the most creative and innovative design. Another activity focused on rapid research, where teams had to gather accurate information on a topic within a limited time and validate its correctness as quickly as possible. Team representatives were then required to present their findings to all participants, helping to develop research, analytical, memorization, presentation, and public speaking skills.
At the end of the workshop, teams were challenged to reimagine and transform their original designs into more innovative concepts, encouraging creativity, continuous improvement, and the ability to generate new ideas from existing solutions.
Through interactive discussions and creative thinking exercises, participants developed 16 innovative ideas covering a wide range of areas, including:

- Software Solutions
- Robotics
- Drones
- Innovative Business Models
- Emerging technologies
The diversity of these ideas reflects the different ways innovation can create value from introducing new technologies and improving existing solutions to exploring new business models and opportunities.
