What are the tasks?
- Carries out all tasks related to the occupational health and safety and fire protection.
- Organises and performs first and periodical checks and tests of work equipment.
- Participates in the preparation of instructions for safe and healthy work.
- Organises and performs ordinary and extraordinary ecological measurements and analyses of work conditions.
- Prepares annual plans and reports in accordance with the regulation.
- Offers advice in the planning, selection, purchasing and maintenance of work tools
- Prepares analyses, reports, certificates for internal and external users for the areas of responsibility
- Keeps the records required for the area of responsibility.
- Prepares and delivers training for employees in occupational health and safety and fire protection.
- Prepares professional groundwork for the safety statement and risk assessment and other internal acts pertaining to the area of responsibility.
- Reports and investigates incidents, dangerous phenomena and health damage, identifies causes and prepares proposals with suitable measures.
- Organises medical examinations and collaborates with the labour medicine provider
- Coordinates the measures to prevent psychosocial risks and runs health promotion schemes.
- Performs internal control of the implementation of measures relating to occupational health and safety and fire protection.
- Offers advice regarding equipment of other workplaces and work environment.
- Analysis of sick leave and preparation of an action plan for its reduction.
We are looking for the following competencies:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a comparable position.
- Proficiency in project management, reporting, and delivering presentations.
- Knowledge of legislation related to the specific field of work and personal data protection.
- Qualification and professional exam in occupational health and safety and fire protection.
- Strong communication skills and active knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- An ISO 45001 internal auditor certificate is an advantage.
