Associate for Logistic (m/f)

Location: Kranj, Slovenia

Your responsibilities will include:

Entering orders in the information system, executing received orders, updating any subsequent changes to orders, and sending order confirmations to customers.
Preparing and issuing complete documentation for the delivery of equipment.
Organizing transportation of products.
Continuously monitoring the status of orders.
Acquiring and forwarding logistics elements needed to conclude contracts (transport fees, insurance, etc.).
Preparing customs documents.
Preparing internal documentation related to the area of responsibility.
Managing and keeping internal records, forwarding existing reports and statistics to
Sales, customers, or related companies.
Sharing knowledge and information with colleagues.

Skills and qualifications we are looking for:

Completed VI/1 Level in Social or Natural Science.
At least 1 year of experience in logistics.
Active knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
