I am aware that I will be able to unsubscribe at any time. After the process of unsubscribing is finished, the data communicated will also be deleted. I am also informed about my right to access, transfer, withdraw my consent, supplement, correct, block/limit the processing and erase personal data as well as about my right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if I believe that processing is not compliant with the legislation. Withdrawal of the consent has no influence on the legality of the processing of personal data executed until the withdrawal was done no further processing as provided by law.

Iskraemeco, d.d. is committed to protecting the data in accordance with the legislation governing the protection of personal data and shall process information communicated to it only for sending newsletters and other marketing materials. Personal data shall be processed only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or until the consent is revoked.

Iskraemeco shall collect and process personal data:

• Solely in compliance and on the basis of the provisions contained in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Conuncil of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. Besides following the legislations listed above, Iskraemeco follows the new Slovenian Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).
• Solely for the informing purpose with the latest marketing activities of Iskraemeco that include, but is not limited to magazines, invitations to Iskraemeco events and Iskraemeco’s news

And shall:

• On completion of the purpose of processing, erase, destroy, block or anonymize the personal data, unless pursuant to legislation governing archive materials and archives they are defined as archive materials, or unless a statute otherwise provides for an individual type of personal data.

I’ve been informed by Iskraemeco about having the right to access, portability, withdrawal of consent, supplement, correct, block/limit the processing and erase personal data related to me. I was also informed of my right to file complaint with supervisory authority.
