The 2025 report brings together the numbers, initiatives, and stories that show how we are reducing our environmental impact, developing more sustainable products, investing in people, and strengthening responsible business practices.
In 2025, Iskraemeco updated its sustainability strategy, moving from six focus areas to a clearer four-pillar framework: Environment, Society, Governance, and Climate-Conscious Products. The new structure brings together the priorities that guide our everyday decisions and long-term progress.
Sustainability is also about people and how we support employee development, safety, inclusion, and responsible working practices across the organization.
Highlights:
• 100% of employees participated in training activities
• 54 training hours per employee
• 20% female representation in top management
• 0 incidents of discrimination or harassment
Our products play an important role in helping customers manage energy and resources more efficiently. In 2025, product design continued to be an important part of our sustainability progress.
Highlights:
• 4.56 million tonnes of CO₂e emissions avoided through the lifetime of meters sold in 2025
• 38% fewer components in the new generation of LEAN meters
• 24% lower weight of LEAN products
• 41% lower self-consumption of LEAN meters
• EPD for the IE.X meter family

ISO certifications help turn policies into everyday practice. In 2025, Iskraemeco achieved ISO 22301 and ISO 28000 certifications, strengthening our approach to business continuity, supply chain resilience, and responsible operations.

Sustainability is driven by people. Alongside training, development, and everyday improvements, our employees also took part in tree-planting initiatives that contributed to local environmental projects and reinforced our culture of shared responsibility.
