At the 17th Conference of the Environmental and Energy Section of the Chamber of Commerce of Dolenjska and Bela Krajina, the presentation addressed the challenges and opportunities of corporate ESG reporting. The event included contributions from Adria Mobil, KEKO – OPREMA, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and the Jožef Stefan Institute, focusing on regulatory changes and practical business responses to environmental issues.
The second event, organized by Zeleno omrežje Slovenije, took place at Ljubljana City Hall under the title “Experiences, Challenges and Opportunities of the First ESRS Reporting”. Our colleague, Dalija Delić, presented Iskraemeco’s approach to implementing the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), highlighting internal coordination, data preparation, and interpretation of the new reporting requirements. Companies such as Petrol, Zavarovalnica Triglav, Slovenske železnice, Atlantic Droga Kolinska, Telekom Slovenije, GEN-I, and KANSAI HELIOS also shared their first-year reporting insights.
Participating in such events is important for companies adapting to new ESG regulations. They offer a valuable platform to exchange practical experience, engage with peers, and align internal processes with growing expectations around corporate transparency.
