The certificate is awarded by the Ekvilib Institute to companies that actively foster conditions for a better work-life balance for their employees.
Receiving the plaque confirms that Iskraemeco has successfully completed the first phase of the certification process and is on the right path toward fulfilling the commitments made when the certificate was first obtained. This year, 16 Slovenian companies and organizations received the award, reflecting a growing awareness of the importance of family-friendly workplaces.
