The “Family Friendly Enterprise” certificate is an award given by the Ekvilib Institute to companies that actively create a working environment in which employees feel supported in achieving a good work-life balance. To obtain the certificate, you must submit an application, cooperate with the Ekvilib Institute, form a working group and select and implement measures that are also approved by the management. Various factors are taken into account when awarding the certificate, such as flexible working hours, remote working options, childcare support, training and development opportunities and many other measures that contribute to a better work-life balance.
By receiving this certificate, Iskraemeco has demonstrated its commitment to creating a working environment in which employees feel valued and supported. We have introduced and will continue to introduce numerous concrete measures over the next three years that will enable employees to better balance their professional and personal responsibilities.
