As an energy‑technology company with more than 80 years of history, Iskraemeco presented its journey from metering devices to digital platforms, as well as the role of employees in innovation, sustainability and organizational improvements. Participants were introduced to our key development directions; from advanced metering systems to our Symbiot digital platform and were given a guided tour of our production facilities, designed on Industry 4.0 principles.
In addition to the technological segment, we presented our model of employee cooperation, which includes the Workers’ Council, the trade union, committees and other support functions that contribute to a stable, inclusive and well‑organized working environment. This organizational culture is an important part of our international competitiveness, as it supports coordinated change management, competence development and transparent communication at all levels.
The event confirmed that stable working relations, transparent communication and active employee involvement are key elements of a company that builds its future on innovation, responsibility and the ability to combine professional expertise with global market needs.
