What will be your responsibilities?
- Performing the purchasing process and participating in the planning of purchasing, development of the planning strategy, planning processes, and monitoring, as well as implementing trends in the industry and supply chain management.
- Communicating and coordinating the technical and purchasing-development activities in the area of responsibility between the organisational units of the company and the representatives of suppliers.
- Participating in the management and optimisation of supply chain costs.
- Keeping up-to-date with new and amended technical documentation and internal standards for the company.
- Performing operational tasks in resolving claims on services.
- Participating in projects and Q-cases.
- Carrying out the process of negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, finding and evaluating offers based on open calculations, and researching the procurement market in the field of articles globally.
- Negotiating new commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors globally for future tender operations.
- Sourcing, selecting, auditing, and evaluating suppliers.
- Managing, compiling, concluding, and evaluating procurement contracts and supplier development at the global level.
- Participating in the sourcing, evaluation, analysis, and verification of second-source suppliers and manufacturers of components, materials, and services.
- Supervising and assisting in keeping the information database up-to-date by entering current data relating to the area of responsibility.
- Participating in and preparing product price calculations.
Competences, that we are looking for:
- Completed university education at level VI/2 in natural or social sciences, with a prior level V. qualification in a technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement and negotiations in an international environment.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Results-oriented, systematic, and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and strong organizational abilities.
