What are the key responsibilities?

  • Coordinate projects and programmes with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership, timely decisions and effective execution.
  • Prepare, manage and execute project communication plans across customers, project teams and management.
  • Balance customer expectations with the company’s technical, operational and business capabilities.
  • Lead, organise and coordinate project activities, adapting quickly and effectively when priorities, scope or circumstances change.
  • Monitor sub-projects and related workstreams, including product development and implementation activities.
  • Plan project timelines, resources, milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Lead core project teams and ensure transparent communication within and outside the organisation.
  • Prepare clear project status reports for management and other key stakeholders.
  • Recognise opportunities to promote company solutions, including relevant cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain control over agreed delivery timelines, budgets, costs and revenues.
  • Provide proactive project support and ensure risks, issues and dependencies are clearly defined and managed.

What competencies are we looking for?

  • 8+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in an international or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong end-to-end project management experience, from bid/pre-sales activities to delivery, implementation and closure.
  • Excellent understanding of the full project lifecycle, project governance and delivery processes.
  • Fluent in Polish and English; any additional local language is considered an advantage.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent).
  • Strong business judgement, common sense and the ability to make practical decisions in complex situations.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to work in a home office setup with field work (up to 50%) across Poland and the Czech Republic.
  • Valid driving licence, category B.
