Project Manager – Poland (m/f)

Coordinate projects and programmes with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership, timely decisions and effective execution.
Prepare, manage and execute project communication plans across customers, project teams and management.
Balance customer expectations with the company’s technical, operational and business capabilities.
Lead, organise and coordinate project activities, adapting quickly and effectively when priorities, scope or circumstances change.
Monitor sub-projects and related workstreams, including product development and implementation activities.
Plan project timelines, resources, milestones and deliverables.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks proactively.
Lead core project teams and ensure transparent communication within and outside the organisation.
Prepare clear project status reports for management and other key stakeholders.
Recognise opportunities to promote company solutions, including relevant cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Maintain control over agreed delivery timelines, budgets, costs and revenues.
Provide proactive project support and ensure risks, issues and dependencies are clearly defined and managed.

8+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in an international or technology-driven environment.
Strong end-to-end project management experience, from bid/pre-sales activities to delivery, implementation and closure.
Excellent understanding of the full project lifecycle, project governance and delivery processes.
Fluent in Polish and English; any additional local language is considered an advantage.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent).
Strong business judgement, common sense and the ability to make practical decisions in complex situations.
Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment.
Willingness to work in a home office setup with field work (up to 50%) across Poland and the Czech Republic.
Valid driving licence, category B.
