
What will your new responsibilities be?
- Define and execute partnership strategy aligned with business and product roadmaps.
- Build, manage and grow strategic partnerships (OEM, technology, industry).
- Lead negotiations and ensure win-win agreements.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration (Product, R&D, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain).
- Enable joint go-to-market activities (co-development, co-selling, co-marketing).
- Track performance (KPIs, revenue, pipeline) and optimise partnerships.
- Identify new opportunities through market and technology insights.
What competencies are we looking for?
- Degree in Business, Engineering or similar.
- 5+ years experience in partner management / business development.
- Proven track record in building partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution focus.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Fluent English.
