Independent Application Specialist (m/f)

Location: Kranj, Slovenia

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring smooth operation and administration of the Finance module in the Infor LN system.
Supporting key users in resolving technical and operational issues.
Analyzing business needs and designing proposals to improve processes within the Finance module.
Planning and implementing new functionalities.
Collaborating with other departments (finance, accounting, controlling, etc.) to optimize processes.
Performing testing and preparing documentation for implemented solutions.
Participating in system upgrades and the introduction of new versions.
Training and educating key users.

Skills and qualifications we are looking for:

Completed education at VI/2 level in computer science, IT, or other relevant fields.
At least 2 years of experience working with the Infor LN system, preferably in the Finance module.
Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Independence, precision, and reliability in work.
Proficiency in English ,sufficient for participation in international projects.
Knowledge of or interest in learning financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, VAT calculation, fixed assets, and banking operations.
