Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently supports activities of an annual HR cycle for the assigned organizational units.
  • Advises managers on employee management, talent development, promotions, and organizational placement of employees based on competencies, potential, and unit needs.
  • Identifies employees’ development needs and ensures the creation of individual development plans in cooperation with the person responsible for talent management.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of talent management strategy, succession planning, and performance evaluation.
  • Prepares HR analyses, KPIs, and participates in workforce planning and budgeting.
  • Leads and participates in HR projects (e.g., process redesign, digitalization, employee experience improvement, engagement initiatives).
  • Actively contributes to the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving organizational culture and the work environment.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with assigned functional leaders as a credible and strategic partner.
  • Ensures timely and high-quality execution of annual reviews, rating calibrations, goal setting, and feedback.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of labor law policies and ensures compliance with legislation.
  • Uses modern HR tools and contributes to their development (e.g., e-systems, PowerBI, HR software, AI, etc.).
  • Participates in building the employer brand and internal communications.

Skills and qualifications we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in diverse HR functions in bigger companies, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and management support.
  • Master’s degree (Level VII) in Social Sciences or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.
  • Strong leadership capabilities combined with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to make sound, timely decisions in critical situations.
  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and excellent command of English (spoken and written).
