In your new role, your responsibilities will be:
- Recording business transactions (received and issued invoices, bank accounts, material accounting, other accounting documents) in accordance with applicable accounting regulations and standards.
- Posting VAT, preparing, and submitting the monthly VAT return.
- Verifying the compliance of accounting records with accounting documents and ensuring the alignment of analytical records with the general ledger.
- Collaborating with the accounting departments of group companies in the reconciliation process of accounting items.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and supporting other departments within the company.
- Participating in inventory counts.
- Preparing various reports and explanations as needed.
- Performing tasks as instructed by your supervisor.
- Possibility of hybrid work.
Skills and competencies you bring to the team:
- Responsibility, precision, self-initiative, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- A completed first or second Bologna degree in economics and at least 3 years of experience in the accounting field or a completed high school education (V.) with more than 10 years of experience in performing more demanding accounting tasks.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
