The new smart meter project will enable FEWA to explore various smart communication options, improve services to FEWA’s consumers and establish remote control over the network to improve network efficiency. Iskraemeco will assist FEWA in integrating the metering devices with the utility’s back-end systems. Competition for the project was fierce, but Iskraemeco’s experience in the UAE and GCC markets, and Elsewedy Electric’s reputation, worked in our favor.
