Mainstream support

  • Mainstream support is the initial phase of the product lifecycle and includes full support coverage. During this phase, the following services are provided:
  • Functional updates: Delivery of new features, enhancements, and performance improvements.
  • Security updates: Regular vulnerability scans and patches for identified issues, including critical and high-severity CVEs.
  • Bug fixes: Resolution of reported defects and stability issues.
  • Technical support: Full access to support channels for troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and usage guidance.
  • Compatibility maintenance: Updates to ensure compatibility with supported platforms, third-party integrations, and regulatory changes.

Extended support

  • Extended support begins after the Mainstream Support period ends. It provides limited maintenance focused on security and critical stability. During this phase:
  • Security fixes: Only critical and high-severity vulnerabilities are addressed.
  • No feature updates: No new features or enhancements are delivered.
  • Limited bug fixes: Only bugs with significant impact (e.g., data loss, system crash) may be addressed.
  • Restricted Technical Support: Support is limited to known issues and workaround guidance.
  • No compatibility updates: No updates for platform or third-party compatibility unless required for security.

End of Life (EOL)

  • No further updates, patches, or support are provided.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to upgrade to a supported version.
  • Continued use of EOL versions may expose systems to unpatched vulnerabilities and compliance risks.
