We were invited to deliver a presentation on the challenges and benefits of incorporating ESG into our business model. Our colleague Dalija Delić, Sustainability Specialist, shared insights on how global trends and pressures shape sustainability strategies and why it pays to respond strategically.
The presentation emphasized the role of digitalization, innovation, and partnerships in maintaining competitiveness, as well as management’s perspective on how sustainability remains a business opportunity. It also provided practical guidance on communicating the sustainability agenda to key stakeholders.
