The aim of the meeting was to determine the presentation topics for the upcoming Operational Excellence Forum, which will take place on May 24, 2024 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Additionally we determined the company that will host the FMEA workshop in March. The Iskraemeco team will also participate in the Forum with our contribution on the positive impact of 6Sigma improvements in our company.
Operational excellence is one of the most important pillars for business success in today’s dynamic business environment. Market changes, technological advancements and relentless competition require companies to develop innovative work processes, optimize efficiency and achieve the highest quality standards. The meeting emphasized the importance of continuous improvement, agility and adaptability to change in order to maintain a competitive advantage.
The focus of the event was on collaboration between companies. By sharing experiences and best practices, we realized that cooperation is the key to overcoming the obstacles we face. The association members’ meeting was a fantastic opportunity to establish new connections and strengthen existing ones. Through networking we can create lasting connections based on mutual respect and shared values. Participation in such events enables our company to gain greater recognition in the Slovenian environment and to expand our experience in the field of Operational Excellence.
Following the meeting, a unanimous agreement was reached on the importance of addressing quality topics at the Operational Excellence Forum. We are committed to promoting operational excellence in Slovenian companies and contributing to the optimization of improvements in our production facilities. This commitment will be demonstrated through the presentation of our completed projects that have positively impacted business operations.
