A team of our employees from five different work areas won a national award in the IEDC Business Challenge competition!
On Wednesday and Thursday, 9 and 10 June, the IEDC Bled competition took place in Bled, where teams from different companies participated and solved a complex business case.
The Iskraemeco team’s innovation, ability to argue with facts in front of a jury and team cohesion brought them the victory. This qualified them for the international competition, which will take place in November.
In addition to Iskraemeco, the following also participated in the competition: A1 Slovenia, Danfoss Trata, Nova KBM, Steklarna Hrastnik and Talum.
The Iskraemeco team will then compete with the winning teams of companies from Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Romania and Serbia. As a prize, the team also received participation in a one-day training worth €9,000, which will enable them to further expand their knowledge and business breadth.
