This is an annual event where users of methods for continuous improvement and innovation (LEAN, SixSigma, PDCA, …) meet, of which we are now a part at Iskraemeco, as we are successfully introducing the SixSigma methodology into the company.
The main purpose of the forum is the exchange of good practices, where various projects from Slovenian companies were presented and socializing with like-minded people. It provides us with an even stronger foundation for improving our operational processes and achieving top results in our organizations. The presentations were extremely informative and inspiring, and got us thinking about new approaches to operational excellence.
