Organized by Ljudska Univerza Kranj (People’s University of Kranj), the event brought together local companies, including Iskraemeco, Komunala Kranj (Municipial services Kranj) and Slovenian retailer Merkur, to exchange insights and best practices. Iskraemeco presented its approach to fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. We highlighted key initiatives, including our Best Employee project, which recognizes outstanding team members, and our onboarding programs designed for both administrative and production employees.
A key segment of the event featured a presentation by Dr. Damjana Pondelek, a recognized consultant in organizational culture, leadership, and team dynamics. She emphasized the importance of retaining employees, understanding their value, and working with them effectively.
