Our innovative Balance Score Card (BSC) project has been awarded as the Top finalist for the HR&M Project of the Year 2024. This recognition confirms our commitment to excellence, collaboration and sustainable development, and underlines how important it is for us to engage our employees in a shared vision.
The BSC is a system that enables us to monitor and manage our business performance in a balanced way. Through this project, we have ensured that the objectives of all employees are directly linked to the overall success of the company, which has increased engagement and clarity.
What have we achieved with the BSC?
- All employees have a better understanding of their goals and how they contribute to overall success.
- Goals at all levels of the company were aligned, which increased efficiency.
- Employees were more motivated because they could see how their work contributes to the bigger picture.
- The BSC has enabled us to integrate sustainability goals into our business.

The panel discussion, moderated by Matjaž Butara from Big Bang, also included professionals Anisa Faganelj from Leone and Nataša Lukančič from Mercator. The discussion focused on the crucial role of skills development and proper training. Edisa highlighted that while training is important, success in any role also depends on having the right mindset, adaptability and passion.
We will continue to develop and improve our BSC system in order to ensure our continued success and competitiveness in the market. In doing so, we will continue to listen to our employees and involve them in the decision-making processes, as they are our greatest asset.
