The best manufacturing company in Slovenia will receive the Factory of the year 2025 award on October 16 at an event hosted in Sevnica (at the Sevnica Cultural Hall) by the company Siliko, the recipient of the Factory of the Year 2024 title. The winner will be selected by an expert committee after presentations of the advanced production practices of the finalists.
The selection of the best manufacturing company in Slovenia is part of the Factory of the year project, which focuses on expanding good practices in the field of digitalization of production and operations, technological advancement, introduction of Industry 5.0 and Industry 4.0 solutions, robotization, cybersecurity, use of artificial intelligence, lean organization, smart automation, etc.
During visits to the companies that were shortlisted this year, KPMG Business Consulting took a closer look at the good practices that the companies presented in the completed questionnaires, and in cooperation with the Factory of the year team, selected 3 finalists from among the best – in addition to Iskraemeco, the companies ADRIA MOBIL and HIDRIA LAMTEC.
