Before the automatic system was set up, the operator had to separate the electronic circuits manually. This posed a problem, as manual handling of the circuits can lead to damage that may not be discovered until later in the circuit testing process. By investing in an automated electronic circuit storage system, we are eliminating the problem of manual handling and mechanical errors and additionally helping to increase the quality of the circuits. In addition, the new investment, together with a 3D AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) machine for inspecting electronic components, will automatically store the circuit boards in the storage area and separate the bad from the good ones.
The automation and digitization of processes therefore makes it possible to optimize our processes more and more and efficient.
