Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure the Symbiot HES system on production and non-production environments of other infrastructure components under the responsibility of the Contractor. .
- Collaborate on integrating the system with IT management tools (monitoring, logging, backup, etc.).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Regularly update systems, apply security patches, and perform software updates.
- Provide technical support to users and ensure smooth system operation.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to optimize infrastructure utilization.
- Implement and maintain security policies and system administration procedures.
- Work closely with the Employer to ensure proper maintenance and service operations over the duration of the project.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in system administration, technical support, and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of smart meter systems and energy industry technologies is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Open to work from home office.
