Technical Sales Engineer (m/f)

Location: Kranj, Slovenia

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and completing the technical part of tender and offer documentation, as well as entering customer requirements into information systems.
Advising customers, partners, and Sales, and identifying optimal technical solutions.
Collecting and validating technical data and managing change‑request processes initiated by customers.
Preparing technical documentation for meter production (configurations, parametrizations, SW packages).
Coordinating technical topics between customers and internal departments, and defining customer use cases.
Analyzing root causes of non‑conformities and participating in corrective actions.
Parameterizing and preparing marketing and customer sample devices.
Continuously monitoring market developments, customer needs, and product innovations, and actively sharing knowledge.
Ensuring compliance with standards and internal procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation and confidential data.

Skills and qualifications we are looking for:

Education in a technical field (minimum level VI).
Solid technical understanding of product functionality and willingness to continuously learn.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to adapt to customer and project needs.
Proficiency with Windows and Office 365 applications.
Openness to working with internal systems and specialized technical tools.
Good written and spoken English skills.
High accuracy, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
Strong teamwork abilities and effective cross‑department communication.
