What will your new responsibilities be?
- Support and oversee the implementation of managed IoT services for smart water meter projects in the field.
- Provide reliable technical guidance to sales teams and customers regarding LPWAN technologies and IoT solutions.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents, problems, technical issues, and change requests related to LoRaWAN network operations.
- Assist Product Managers with technical insights to help achieve milestones within the product lifecycle management process.
- Prepare project reports and conduct performance analyses (KPIs) of LoRaWAN network operations.
- Manage project costs and services associated with LoRaWAN network operations.
- Ensure protection of intellectual property and trade secrets.
- Participate in the design of complex products and coordinate technical solutions related to planned hardware or software within defined technical requirements.
Experience and knowledge that make you stand out:
- Experience with IoT technologies (LoRaWAN, NB‑IoT) and strong understanding of LoRaWAN networks.
- Experience with LoRaWAN network operations (e.g., installation of gateways, device onboarding and activation, network performance monitoring) is a valuable advantage.
- Experience with AMR/AMI systems.
- Knowledge of electricity, heat, or water meters; metrological knowledge of water meters (e.g., MI001, OIML R49) is a plus.
- Completed education of at least level VI/2 in a technical field.
- Basic programming skills.
- Independence, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects.
- Good command of English.
- Readiness for diverse tasks (project management, technical and operational user support, collaboration with external partners, ensuring smooth operation of systems, etc.).
