What will your new responsibilities be?
- Checks and correct the order if changes are made by Sales or by other bodies outside the company.
- Prepares front plate drafts and final documents.
- Acquires approvals for draft front plate from Sales.
- Receives and checks orders, completes them with missing information.
- Creates documentation orders for new products and monitors the activities in this area.
- Monitors and oversee the order from receipt, through processing in Planning department, and notifies competent colleagues about any delays or issues.
- Prepares the documentation for Production.
- Collaborates with other departments in the company concerning order issues.
Experience and knowledge that make you stand out:
- Basic technical knowledge about the company’s products (meters).
- Knowledge of the Windows environment at a basic level.
- Familiarity with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn to work with the programs we use.
- At least a V. level of education in a natural/technical field.
- Knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
- Precision and responsiveness.
