Production Planning Assistant (m/f)

Location: Kranj, Slovenia

Your responsibilities will include:

Performs the work planning process for a part of production or production lines, controls costs, participates in purchasing planning, and controls, prepares and confirms production job orders in order to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Adjusts production plans between production lines.
Confirms orders to customers.
Participates in providing support in terms of material and machine resources and development of new products and their transfer to production.
Participates in addressing quality and other issues, claims, corrective and preventive measures, with an aim to minimise defects and increase customer satisfaction.

Skills and qualifications we are looking for:

Vocational education level V. in social sciences or technical field.
Knowledge of planning and procurement processes.
Proficiency in English.
Attention to detail, systematic approach, and strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
