What will your new responsibilities be?
- Define and drive the product vision and 3–5 year roadmap for ICG meters
- Own and prioritize the backlog to maximize customer value and ROI
- Shape release strategy and accelerate time-to-market
- Align R&D, manufacturing, sales, quality and supply chain behind one clear direction
- Accept increments with confidence — you are the final voice of product value
- Monitor KPIs, market signals and customer feedback to continuously evolve the product
- Drive innovation, cost optimization and strategic feature development
What competencies are we looking for?
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or similar
- 3+ years in product management, engineering, or complex technical environments
- Strong prioritization and requirement engineering skills
- Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments
- Confident communicator across technical and commercial stakeholders
- Experience with industrial/embedded systems, smart grid, or utility domain? Big plus.
