Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning complete manufacturing processes and transferring new products and development solutions into production – in the parent company and affiliated companies.
  • Advising, identifying, and independently resolving technical disturbances or production downtime, both locally and remotely (in a foreign language).
  • Coordinating the work process according to orders and the needs of other production units for existing and new technologies.
  • Independently resolving quality and technical issues, handling complaints, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
  • Participating in or leading projects related to technological development and process optimization.
  • Ensuring appropriate efficiency, productivity, equipment utilization, and cost optimization in production.
  • Planning, designing and implementing tools to ensure the quality of semi-finished and finished products.
  • Introducing new equipment, ergonomic workstations, technological procedures, and training production staff for high‑quality work.
  • Preparing proposals for equipment replacement or procurement and for organizational improvements. Implementing lean manufacturing methods and monitoring processes through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participating in the preparation of annual and strategic plans – investment, spatial, and staffing plans.
  • Preparing internal documentation (regulations, instructions, forms) required for the department and production.
  • Participating in discussions with contractors and equipment suppliers.

Knowledge and competencies we are looking for:

  • Higher education in a social sciences or natural sciences field.
  • At least one year of work experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of internal information systems, the Windows operating system, and strong digital literacy.
  • Knowledge of company products and understanding of their functionality.
  • Good understanding of production processes, manufacturing and control procedures.
  • Understanding of technologies, production and control methods.
  • Training in occupational health and safety and fire safety.
  • Knowledge in project management.
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, responsiveness, and reliability.
