HW Development Engineer (m/f)

Location: Kranj, Slovenia

What are the tasks?

Participates in the design of complex products and in the harmonisation of solutions provided by the hardware and software programmes in the framework of the Technical Requirements.
Designs and implements a specific technological solution.
Conducts testing, verification and analyses, develops test scenarios, and identifies product flaws.
Makes recommendations to improve assemblies from the point of view of technical characteristics, standardization, or cost-outs.
In special cases: performs tasks of solving problems of insufficient quality (Q case) and tasks of implementing changes to products (CR tasks).
Creates required documentation.
Carries out other tasks relating to the area of responsibility, following instructions by the superior.

We are looking for the following competencies:

Completed University degree in a natural sciences field.
At least 2 years of work experience in similar positions.
Proficiency in Altium Designer and LTspice tools.
Results-oriented, self-initiative, systematic, and reliable.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
