Responsibilities in your new role:

  • Ensures that contacts with customers are made and maintained and ensures promotion of the company, its products and services.
  • Defines and presents proposals for the simplification and optimisation of business processes for the area of responsibility
  • Manages, supports and ensures continuous development of the team.
  • Prepares plans and strategies within the area of responsibility.
  • Leads, plans, organises and coordinates the work of the Organisational unit.
  • Ensures optimization of work in the sector.
  • Ensures the provision of technical support to the sales team and partners, distributors, agents and associated companies.
  • Ensures the understanding of customer needs, acquires specific technical data and searches for optimal solutions.
  • Ensures the preparation of technical offers, tender documentation and presents the preferred technical solutions for the customer.
  • Validates and confirms the technical part of issued bids, agreements and orders in accordance with the automation matrix.
  • Leads the technical order processing process
  • Coordinates with other business units in resolving technical issues relating to the ordering process (all changes to the technical specifications, etc.)
  • Ensures that accurate and technically approved orders are promptly documented and sent to production.
  • Ensures the activities of parametrization and preparation of marketing and customer samples and sample approval.

Competencies we are looking for:

  • Completed level VII. education in a natural or social sciences field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position within a technical industry and an international environment.
  • Experience in preparing technical offers and tender documentation, as well as presenting to clients in the role of a technical expert.
  • Proven experience in work organization, team leadership, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with other departments, partners, and customers.
  • Active knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • A high level of responsibility, self-initiative, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid category B driving license.
