What will your new responsibilities be?
- Participates in bid preparation and execution.
- Accepting the project for implementation and review of the project documentation prepared during the BID phase.
- Managing, planning, organizing, and coordinating projects, including managing changes to projects and the work of relevant project teams.
- Preparing, managing and monitoring the communication plan of the project.
- Managing partner relationships and bids with the entire partner ecosystem within the pre-sales, sales, and implementation activities of the project.
- Managing resources and plans the project timeline.
- Assessing and managing project risks.
- Managing activities, cost & revenues regarding assigned projects.
- Monitoring sub-project (product development, etc.).
- Periodically reporting to the Head of Project Office and/or Board of Directors.
- Promoting our own solutions (cross-selling / up-selling).
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlights the company’s added value.
What competencies are we looking for?
- Completed university degree in natural sciences (at least level VI/2.).
- At least 5 years of experience in project management of larger projects.
- PMP, Prince2 or other comparable certificate.
- Experience with Bid management is an advantage.
- The ability to be goal oriented, proactive and focused on project delivery.
- The ability to make key decisions and set priorities.
- Active knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowing a second language is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work in an international environment and cross-departmentally.
