What would be your responsibilities?

  • Selling products and services that the company is offering and providing.
  • Carrying out all necessary activities for successful sales.
  • Finding and acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Effectively promoting the company, its products, and services.
  • Coordinating, controlling, and implementing the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plan for specific customers and the sales region.
  • Supervising task performance and the progress of sales and market research in the region, identifying obstacles and market changes, and organizing cooperation with expert departments while coordinating activities to address these issues.
  • Forwarding customer claims to the competent units and coordinating feedback for the customer.
  • Preparing the most complex internal documents related to sales, such as market inquiries, sales forecasts, sales plans, and sales offers.
  • Maintaining regular correspondence with customers under their responsibility.
  • Participating in the preparation of sales plans and presentation programs for fairs and exhibitions in the region.

Skills and competencies you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven B2B sales experience (ideally 5+ years) with complex solutions; utility, water, or metering sector experience is a strong plus.
  • Track record of exceeding targets, accurate forecasting, and disciplined pipeline management (CRM proficiency).
  • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with C‑level, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
  • Business fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
