In particular, shorter lead times result in lower production costs, development work can be carried out faster and the machine’s higher capacity increases satisfaction. In addition, the advanced machine technology reduces errors, resulting in fewer repairs. This not only simplifies our production processes, but also strengthens our reputation for delivering products of the highest quality.
The purchase and implementation of the selective soldering machine was also part of the Digital Twin for Digital Lean (DT4DL) project, which aimed to digitize and automate the economy. Through this project, we were able to obtain funding for the purchase of the machine, which is just one of many innovative solutions we have implemented. Our efforts not only contributed to the digital transformation, but also made a significant contribution to achieving the project’s main objectives.
