As the program enters its pilot phase, we are proud to welcome our newest team members on a unique cross-functional journey that will take them through every major department within the organization. More than a traditional onboarding experience, DRIVE is designed to immerse participants in real business environments, allowing them to learn directly from colleagues, observe processes in action, and gain valuable practical experience across multiple functions.
