You will have the opportunity for:

  • preparing payroll and other types of remuneration, correcting errors, creating, and issuing tables,
  • collecting and sorting information for payroll calculation and entering the information system,
  • preparing and submitting claims for the compensation of sick leave and other allowance,
  • addressing comments, proposals, complaints, claims, and establishing whether they are justified, appropriate and compliance with the existing salary system, and preparing arguments or amendments,
  • ensuring the implementation of social partnership in the company (dialogue between the employer and employee representatives),
  • preparing analyses, reports, certificates for internal and external users for the areas of responsibility,
  • planning and supervising labour costs,
  • keeping up to date with the external and internal regulations concerning remuneration, participation in change, and amendments of internal wages acts,
  • preparing professional groundwork for management rewards and for individual projects and participation in projects.

Skills and competencies you bring to the team:

  • at least 1 year of experience working in payroll,
  • active knowledge of English (oral and written),
  • knowledge of methods of rewarding and stimulating employees, knowledge of labour legislation in the field of remuneration, protection of personal data,
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office tools,
  • accuracy, responsiveness and reliability,
  • ability to work in an international and multicultural environment,
  • a level VII degree in Social Sciences.
