Independent Final Control Engineer (m/f)
What will be your responsibilities?
- Identifying company product requirements in technical standards and national legislation, monitoring changes, and implementing them into internal documentation for control procedures.
- Defending the compliance of control procedures during assessments by external customers and various national metrology institutions and certification bodies.
- Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of verification certificates and reports issued by final control for dispatched products.
- Negotiating, defining, and coordinating the execution of external (customer) inspection acceptances of products.
- Performing all tasks and activities within the scope of responsibilities in accordance with the required standards, other standards, organizational regulations, and instructions.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness within the scope of responsibilities.
- Ensuring the preparation of control procedures in line with the production plan.
- Preparing software tools for generating customer files (shipment files, test reports, certificates).
- Optimizing and improving final control processes in compliance with legislation.
- Initiating corrective actions in case of deviations and implementing improvements.
- Identifying potential risks related to product quality on the market.
- Participating in the introduction of new products into serial final control and verification processes.
Competences, that we are looking for:
- A completed technical education at least at the higher vocational level, preferably in mechatronics.
- At least 2 year of work experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of quality control processes.
- Familiarity with measurement methodologies in electrical engineering (statistical control).
- Candidates with knowledge of ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 standards will have an advantage.
- Results-oriented, systematic, and reliable approach.
- Familiarity with the LabVIEW testing environment is an advantage.
